Reservations are recommended for the English tour since capacity is limited, though walk-ins are welcome. The Spanish tour requires a reservation with a minimum of 2 people.
Tours run Monday to Saturday at 9:30 AM (English · Morning), 10:40 AM (Spanish), 2:30 PM (English · Afternoon). Languages available: English and Spanish. Private tours can be arranged outside these times — contact us to check availability.
Yes. Cancellations more than 30 days before the tour get a full refund of the deposit. Between 5 and 30 days, a partial refund applies. Under 5 days or a no-show, the deposit isn't refunded. Date changes are possible up to 24 hours before, subject to availability.
Our regular tours run in English and Spanish. If you need a different language, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.
Comfortable walking shoes, a rain jacket, insect repellent, and water.
The tour is a working farm walk, so we recommend a rain jacket year-round. If weather conditions make the visit unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule — message us on WhatsApp if you're unsure ahead of your visit date.
Each time slot has a capacity of up to 20 people. For larger groups or travel agencies, contact us directly to arrange a private tour.
