The Founder
Don Eduardo
Also known as Timothy Edward Harbour, Don Eduardo originally came from England and arrived in Colombia in 2004. He fell in love with the landscapes of Salento and its people, married Cris, and together they opened The Plantation House, Salento's first hostel.
In 2007, Don Eduardo purchased the farm with a dream: to produce his own coffee and share it with the world. What began as a personal passion has grown into what visitors now describe as a “complete, passionate, and unique coffee tour.”
Today, Finca Don Eduardo is a beloved destination in the Colombian Coffee Region — a place where tradition, care, and the joy of coffee come together.
Our Land
Our Farm
Located in the Andes Mountains of Salento at 1,800 meters elevation, our boutique farm is a living example of what sustainable, traditional coffee farming can be.
We cultivate four high-end, pure coffee varietals using clean, traditional techniques and permaculture principles. Our diverse ecosystem — rich in fruit trees, native plants, and flowers — supports a truly organic production.

Sabrina
Lead Tour Guide
Don Eduardo's daughter, Sabrina began guiding tours at the age of 14. Her passion for coffee, nature, and education shines through every tour she leads.
Don Carlos
Head of Cultivation
With deep knowledge of the land, Don Carlos leads the cultivation, care, and harvest of the coffee plants with skill and dedication.

Bonnie
Old English Sheepdog
Bonnie arrived at the farm in 2015 and quickly became the leader and protector of the pack. She oversees all operations with dignity.
Stanley
Newfoundland
The gentle giant of the farm. Stanley has a deep love for ball-shaped objects and any body of water he can find.
Pie / Pianno
Mixed Breed
Quirky, silly, and endlessly entertaining. Pie is the self-appointed troublemaker of the pack and the fans' favourite.
